Fabulous place

I absolutely love this hotel. I wanted to stay longer but it was fully booked for the dates . The staff are amazing, they go above and beyond , they are kind , courteous and friendly . Love all the amenities, free tea, coffee, toletries. I am only.sad that I could not stay longer . Fabulous

ホテル自体駅にも近く行きたい所へのアクセスも良くて立地のいい場所でした。室内は綺麗で寝心地も良かったです。ひとつ残念なのは枕元にコンセントがなかった事です。

冷蔵物を預かって頂いたり荷物を一時預かりまでは、親切でしたが荷物を福岡空港まで配送してくれるサービス（有料）がある事のフォローが無く、張り紙を見て申し込んだら、本日の受付が終了している解答でした。結局、タクシーに荷物を載せて目的地に移動する流れとなり大変でした。また、朝食1,500円でしたが宣伝イメージとかけ離れた食べ物でした。

客室は必要な物が揃っている。アメニティピックアップも混雑しないエレベーター前で出入りする際に立ち寄れて好印象。コンセントも充分にあり、PC,スマホ、ドライヤーを差しても大丈夫だった。朝食はメニュー豊富で郷土食や一般メニュー、野菜も豊富。最近、利用したホテルの中でも優秀。駅からも近く小洒落たお店も近隣に多く、博多に行く際はまた利用しようと思います
