適合家庭旅遊的住宿空間

無人職守的櫃檯一開始覺得不太適應，透過平板溝通順利入住，退房也很輕鬆，由於住宿期間不會有人打掃房間也相對的不會被打擾，省下來的經費有反饋到設備與房價上，是個理想的家庭旅遊選擇

初めて無人ホテルに泊まりました。事前にメールで、宿泊の流れが送られてきていたので、スムーズに手続きでき宿泊することができました。室内はとても綺麗でよかったです。

방이 나눠져있지 않아 아쉽습니다 블라인드는 잘 되어있어 아침에 밝진 않았어요 히터가 잘 작동이 안될때가 있었고 티비 리모컨이 잘 안될때가 있었지만 호텔직원분께서 빠르게 처리해주셧음

Mala experiencia

No dan ningun servicio de hotel. No limpian no te cambian toallas ni siquiera te dan papel del baño si se acaba. A lo mejor para 1 o 2 noches puedes sobrevivir mas de eso se torna desagradable. Quieres limpiar y no hay escoba o aspiradora. Quieres lavar y no hay secadora solo lavadora asi que no lo recomiendo para nada.

大人3名、子ども5名で泊まりました。広くて、綺麗で、お洒落で、大人も子どもも、テンション上がりまくりで、一泊だけだったけど、また泊まりたいね、となるホテルでした🎵 祝日の最終日に泊まったので、お値段も安く、非常に満足でした♡ 博多に泊まる時は、また利用したいと思います！

the hotel room is quite roomy, clean and conveniently located. nice mini kitchen with good size fridge. we enjoy the convenience of having an on suite washing machine. highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

무인 체크인이라 아이패드로 체크인하는게 낯설어 어려웠습니다만 숙소는 크고 좋았습니다. 수건은 숙박일수에 상관없이 1개만 제공되는 것은 조금 아쉬웠지만 세탁기도 있고 해서 크게 불편하진 않았습니다. 숙소 근처 버스정류장이 있어 교통도 그렇게 나쁘지 않습니다. 다음에 또 친구여러명과 오면 숙박할 예정입니다.

Spacious accommodation

We enjoyed the stay, and would recommend it. It was apartment style with kitchenette and the amenities you would expect. Rooms were spacious, and location was close enough to Hakata station (approximately 10 minutes walk). The unmanned element meant you might need to figure out the procedures a little, but there will be instructions provided.

솔직한 후기

부모님을 모시고 다녀야 했기에 넓고 편안한 숙소가 필요했습니다. 그런 관점에서 보면 적합한 숙소였다고 생각합니다. 위치는 하카타역에서 도보로 10분정도 걸리긴하나 주위 편의시설(마트, 편의점 등)이 가까이 있어 편리했습니다. 아울러 주변에 위치한 식당들도 훌륭했구요. 체크인 전날 문의사항이 있어 늦은 시간임에도 친절히 안내받은점은 좋았으나, 사전체크인에 대한 안내가 누락되어 ID라던지 현관패스워드와 같은 중요사항을 전달받지 못해 체크인시 시간이 지체되어 불편했습니다. 또한 이틀숙박에 1일치 수건만 지급하는점과 추가분을 요청했음에도 빨아서 쓰거나 유료로 요금을 지불하라는 안내는 납득이 가지 않았습니다. 하지만 앞서 얘기했듯이 문의사항에 대한 답변은 빨라요. 숙소내부에 먼지가 많은점은 단점이나, 주방이 있어 간단한 요리가 가능한점과 식기류가 충분한것이 좋았습니다. 대가족 이동시 후쿠오카 여행의 베이스캠프로 추천할만한 곳입니다.

Nice place to stay. Clean and quiet. A little bit far away from Hakata station. There are restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets, pharmacy shops close by. There has kitchen tools including detergents. Toothbrush and Toothpaste. As well as washing machine and washing powder. If there has more cloth hangers and fuit knife, that will be more perfect. After I used the hand soap and body wash, my hands and body were very dry.

No receptionist- checkin nightmare

I had a terrible experience. I arrived with three kids and my elderly parents, tired at 8 pm. There was no receptionist. The doors of the hotel were closet and all the instructions to check in were in Japanese. The check in process required to call a Japanese land line. I couldn’t call because my e-sim only allowed calls through WhatsApp or FaceTime. I had to borrow a phone from a person that was passing by. He was kind enough to make the call and help me with the instructions. As the person answering had a deficient English. If you are a tourist with and e-sim it will be very difficult for you to do the check in. The room was ok. I got better rooms for the same price in other cities of Japan. I would definitely recommend Mimaru chain.

good but need improvements

We stayed for 5 nights. Overall it was a great stay except on the 4th night, we accidentally saw a cut toe nail in the lower level of the coffee table. None of us cut nails, guess it was a leftover from the previous tenant, so cleanliness was not thorough. Other areas to improve: (1) the fridge seemed to maintain at the room temperature while the freezer worked normal. My yogurt was ditched due to the abnormal fridge temperature. (2) the style of the slippers are durable type (not single use). Due to cut toe nail found, it made me wonder if and how the slippers are cleaned. The slippers are enclosed and not breathable.I would bring my own normally, but learnt that slippers are provided for, so didn’t this time. (3) because the accommodation is unmanned and no one would pick up any garbage during the entire stay, finding space in room to store or handle waste was a bit of hussle. (4) cooking utensils (condition quite used) can support simple cooking, but better with scissors. I would have given a 10 if these could be improved.
