It is located in a very central location, walk to Fukuoka, Hakata and mostly of the tourist area. If you ride a cab, it is not expensive because everything was near. Nanzoin Temple is an easy DYI commute, you take subway from Hakata Station.

Location is convenient and the room is good. Bed is comfortable for sleep. However the breakfast is very worst, no milk, no hard boiled no scramble egg. Limit choice of food and the taste is bad even sausage can’t eat due to poor cook. Miso soup is not boiled, self made by using miso paste with hot water. My first time to experience so bad breakfast in Japan hotels. I found the breakfast is manned by Indian instead of Japanese. Maybe source out from the hotel. I and my husband stayed 5 nights including breakfast with extra payment. Finally we did not eat the breakfast on the last 2 days. Made complaint to hotel and got back refund of the uneaten breakfast. Hotel attitude is good upon my complaint of such worst breakfast

Like others have already mentioned, rooms are small and basic, but good for a few nights if spending most if your time out. The staff is friendly and helpful with easy check-in/check-out. Wifi is not the fastest if planning to do some work. Close to public transportation and many restaurants around the area. Great choice for the price overall. They are doing some construction inside the hotel and it can get a bit noisy too.

The room was supposed to be 20m2 but the layout of the room is so odd that the actual space available was very tiny and we had to walk sideways all the time. Free Lavazza coffee downstairs was good and breakfast was excellent 👌

Clean hotel but unhelpful receptionist

Typical business hotel. The room was small but clean. They provide daily cleaning. At check in, they will ask to pay for staying tax which is mandatory. The female reception with glasses were not polite and not helpful with the information. No smile or thank you were given. Tha hall way were open air just like an apartment.
