I stayed at this hotel for over a month from Feb-March, 2020. I was between two foreign assignments for my work, and got stuck in transition due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I had to keep extending my stay at this hotel, the front desk staff was very kind and helpful. The room was very small, but I expected that for being in Japan, especially at this location. The hotel was only 10 minutes taxi ride from the airport, and a few minutes walk from the train/subway station. There were hundreds of restaurants and stores nearby. The whole building was kept spotless, the lobby area was nice and relaxing with free coffee/tea/juice, etc. I liked the hot-spring style bath downstairs, it was clean and well maintained. I especially liked the sauna and the massage chairs there. I wish there was a microwave on each floor, so I didn't have to take elevator with my meal, but that is just a minor issue. Another thing is that even when I placed the "do not disturb" sign on the door, they still left a bag of towels, pyjamas, etc. every day. They did not disturb me, it's just I found it a bit of waste. I wish there was an option for 'no-service-at-all", as I didn't need a new pairs of pyjamas every day. But overall, it is an excellent hotel with clean facilities, very professional staff, and great convenience. I would recommend it to anyone staying in Fukuoka, and I'd love to go back there again.
