Best hotel I’ve stayed in. The front desk staff were very helpful and kind. When we had to cut short our stay by 3 nights due to a family emergency, the hotel (Tanaka) even offered to help contact Expedia on our behalf to request for a refund of those 3 night’s cost to us even though we booked their non-refundable package! We will be back to stay at this excellent hotel when we return to Fukuoka, just to show our deepest appreciation for their kindness! Thank you very much for your hospitality and kindness.
