It delivers but everything is automated and no one to talk to even if i sent an email ahead to ask if we can leave the luggage for 1 hour before check-in no response. The family room as 1 double bed. The rest are folding mattresses that you need to setup. But overall good

Large Room with a balcony. Apartment style rooms with kitchen/laundry appliances available. Only stayed for 1 night, very spacious room. Self Check can be tricky, check your email the day before check in for instructions. Check in tablet has very small button for changing language, lucky another guest helped us check in.

The bed sheet were dirty with stain on the extra sets (we booked for a room for 4 adult, so the extra sets were expected to be used during our stay) the comforter were dirty and clean bed sheets were not provided. We had to use the bath towels to cover the stains. There were stain on the carpet tooโ€ฆ
