The bed is comfortable and bathroom is clean. The room is quite small so it is ok for 1 or 2 people. It was quite noisy at night when someone used the bathroom and flushing. The room was controlled by central heat so it started to feel cold early in the morning (2-3am).

Hotel clerk continues to try to charge my card even after proof of first payment going thru… after giving me keys to the room and charging card he then tried to charge it again saying it didn’t show in his system yet I showed him proof of transaction on my statement but he still contested and ran card 6 times and still does even since I checced out

Just as the front desk agent stated on that day, when the internet was down during your time of check-in the credit card machine was rendered offline. The payment was put into a pending processing hold which means we were unable to process it completely. Please know we are a small family run hotel & merely trying to process payment for your stay. This was possibly the worst hotel I have stayed at in the United States. The property is awkward, with the entry not through the lobby, but through a security door at the back of the parking area. The hallways were filthy, with horribly stained carpeting. The room itself was horrible. The only lights were on either side of the bed, and I had to use a flashlight to unpack. I also had to use a flashlight to work my computer. There was no thermostat or other room air adjustment. The air conditioning was on full, probably to compensate for outside heat, and I had to sleep in a sweatshirt. It was too cold to take a shower. The bathroom had a pedestal sink with sloping sides. Nothing could be stored on it. There was only a very small 5 inch by 12 inch shelf which was inadequate to hold personal hygiene items. I stayed two nights only because I had prepaid and they refused to refund the advance for the second night. This place is truly horrible.

The room was a nice unfortunately it needs work. The walls were dirty and chipping. The ceiling in the bathroom was chipping paint. No AC but will charge $60 additional dollars for what? And the walls are super thin could hear everything. The floors have dips so be aware.

I had never stayed at a hotel that did not have an A/C unit in the room. It was sooo hot and I had to open the room and bathroom window and deal with all the noise from the street. I will never stay there again.

Overall a decent stay…property is definitely a bit dated and could use a refresh but as mainly a place just to sleep it was fine…staff was super friendly…homeless person sleeping in the laundry was a little off putting but that was really the only negative…

The hotel was decent nothing special. The bathroom was upgraded. I couldn’t find a thermostat to set the temperature of the room. I was cold so I wore 2 layers of clothing to bed. Walls seem very thin. Heard the neighbors talking and a child whining and crying till midnight. Although there was a walk-in closet I felt that was wasted space. No microwave. Carpets could do with some cleaning. It was a decent overnight stay but will probably not come back

Check in was fine. The first room I was given was supposed to be non-smoking but smell like smoke. I got a second room that did not smell like smoke. There is no heater in the room. I had to call the front desk to ask if there was one and the man at the front desk just kept saying I’ll try and find your blanket I’ll try and find you a blanket and then showed up 15 minutes later what they space heater. It was about 50° outside and almost the same in the room. The room is basically clean but furnished with very old thrift stop type furniture. Overall it was clean and very old inside. Surprisingly the bed was very comfortable. The next room may have had permanent residence as they were a lot of kids in there very loud and playing around until late at night.
