Absolutely brilliant hotel. Extremely helpful staff. Terrific Fitness Center. A wonderful room with plenty of space to actually unpack (sometimes rare in Japanese hotel rooms), comfortable bedding, and a state-of-the-art bathroom. Breakfast revolved around locally grown food. It was both tasty and interesting. My guess is that the place really shines during ski season with its spa, fireplace in the central bar area and location. Only downside was that there is construction going and the hotel...

The staff was very helpful. Near the slopes and definitely rebook if going to furano again

Easy check in

Quiet and soothing location on the foothills of ski slopes . Kitchen is very thoughtfully stocked with pots and pans , cups and even salt and pepper and soya sauce . It was a perfect stay

Great location. Friendly and attentive staff. Spacious and comfortable room

It was a great hotel at a very scenic location. I'm guessing it will be even nicer in winter. We enjoyed the asjacent Ningle Terrace and Kaze no Garden

The staff and the room size is great for the family of four, with small living area and 4 beds in the loft. The staff is friendly, patient and passionate about furano town :) Felt very warm staying athe resort :)

This hotel had an owl theme :) From the lobby, to the slippers and towels in the room. We happen to love owls, so it suited us very well. The onsen was lovely. If you drive, it is very convenient. It's quiet and we had a view of the ski slopes .. lovely when it was winter.
