"Check in at kiosk very easy. Room was clean but very small. Although it was fine for an overnight stay after a long flight"

"The location is great, very very close to the Shibuya crossing, all shopping, and restaurants. The room was small and not enough space for luggage specially if you are with family. The bathroom is probably 4x6 feet Breakfast is minimal, is ok. Not enough outlets if you have to charge things , specially if you are with family.( you will need to have an extension). The best thing Is that they have a scale to weigh your luggage; that was extremely helpful before you check out and head back to the airport. I would definitely stay at that hotel again"

"Rooms are very nice and well maintained/ cleaned and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful towards any questions we had regarding the hotel or travel through Japan. Has a 2 washing machines that also work as dryers as well for 700¥. Hotel was close to the train station and had a variety of restaurants nearby. If you are planning to stay in Shinagawa and want a hotel close to the station with great rooms and service I highly recommend this hotel for your next visit."

"Hotel room is big. They have really nice rooms. The only problem was their shuttle service from Disney Sea. 930PM was their last trip even thou park closes at 9AM. We can’t even fit on the shuttle bus for the last trip. Bus was too crowded. We have kids We had no choice but to walk to the other exit area where the taxi stand is and spent to get to the resort. Hotel should consider the rush after the theme park closes and consider adding time slots after 930PM."

"Great location just across the street from the monorail Bayside station. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. It’s a great option for the price, especially compared to the Disney and U.S. brand of hotels nearby. The only downside was that there were no food options or a place to buy snacks at this hotel other than their restaurant which was pricy. For food you’ll need to either buy it in the parks or go to Ikspiari via monorail."

"Everything was beautiful and the staff is seriously amazing! So sweet and attentive. I love that the 7-11 is right downstairs and the garden is stunning! My only complaint is that it’s so noisy in the morning. I can hear the carts rolling around and shuffling upstairs and the construction everywhere. But it is what it is. Lovely place would stay here again. Maybe next year when there’s less construction."
