"I wasn’t expecting it to be this good , from the pictures posted it looked like 1-2 floors , but it is actually a 12 story hotel, and each floor got its own theme, I didn’t try the breakfast so I have no clue, but the staff were amazing and very helpful "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were helpful and friendly; the room was spotless and large by Japanese standards; the buses from the hotel to the station are convenient. We liked the fact that the hotel was slightly out of the city and found the trains were well connected into Tokyo station. I can’t really comment anything negative, we would definitely stay again. "

"Beautiful rooms we had a nice view of the ocean and the pool. Shower was really good. Staff was helpful and friendly. Down side no other restaurants around except on property. The buffet dinner price is too high."
