"The location of this hotel is excellent. Most major sites are walkable. The staff is always kind and professional. I would stay at this hotel again for these reasons. I think the breakfast is good but thereโ€™s been more variety at other hotels Iโ€™ve stayed. For me, itโ€™s not at issue as I only have coffee and yogurt for breakfast. My friend, however, wished there was more than 1 type of cereal available. Our room was not ready until check-in. We arrived at 12 pm and checked a few times. Numerous other rooms were ready before checkin. I was surprised ours wasnโ€™t given how early we arrived."

"The highlight was a pool on the roof, overlooking the acropolis. Being on the roof, it wasn't very deep and was fairly small, so with quite a lot of hotel guests using it, there wasn't really room for a proper swim, but it was great for cooling off. We were delighted to see there was a shuttle-bus into the city centre, but it didn't go very regularly and got filled up so we had to walk. The breakfast choice was phenomenal - I could have stayed there all day - I couldn't even decide what to drink, let alone what to eat - but the following day, when I checked out before breakfast, all that was available was dry cake, crumbly biscuits and sachet coffee - a bit of an anticlimax for an otherwise good stay."
