"Loved this hotel. Was next to the ski slopes. Staff was friendly and the spa was incredible!! "

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the station. Our room was spacious, and the view overlooking the town was absolutely stunning. The outdoor hot spring was the highlight of our stay. The staff spoke English well and were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even recommended a delicious local restaurant, which we really enjoyed. Thank you for making our trip so memorable. We would definitely come back again!"

"staff was really friendly "

"It a nice little area around a ski resort area "

"Great stay with incredibly helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again!"

"If a room has a shared toilet and bath, then they should say this clearly. They do not. It's rather expensive considering that the toilet is down the hall and shared with everyone else. "

"Even though I arrived at the incorrect location, they welcomed me and offered to allow me to stay there anyways"

"Amazing, excellent hotel friendly staff, good level of English"
