"Breakfast was good different Pho each day.If checking out early in the morning don’t expect much help with Luggage as the front desk guy was sleeping in the back and finally came out to check us out then went to the back and when our car arrived came out at the end in his socks but by that time we had the luggage down the stairs"

I called Expedia to handle it and Expedia got to the same situation like me. The next day their manager said it is over cancellation time and they will not give any refund.
