Own experience

Good location, room is clean, staff are helpful and friendly, breakfast are acceptable. However, there is a renovation work beside it ( former Grand Silverland hotel ), who people are doing the dismantle and loading work in the middle of the night till 2am. The noise is causing the people staying in can't have a good rest. I sincerely hope that the hotel management can do something about it . Thank you.

This is just a nornal 3 Star hotel lack of maintainance. I check to a room which TV & Safe box not in working condition also the wifi and Tv signal extreme poor i would not reconmend to anyone.

The staff are great but the management is very bad. We booked for stayed 10 days but on the 7 days they are cancel our booking without notice and put the price up. I did talk to the manager and they offered us to look for another hotels somewhere with may have a cheaper room. I never see any rules like this anywhere in the world . We end up moving out another hotel with cost us a lots more with taxis and short notice booking charges this is make our lives upside down,we are on vacation and don’t need something like this I hoping any traveling out there before you booking staying at Sunrise central h c m city think twice . I recommend this is the worst management and I will never come back to stay at this hotel again Sunrises central Ho Chi Minh City.

If you get this room for $30 a night it’s a fair price. Plumbing issues in the dining room. Something was broken and floor had water under tiles and towels always on the floor. Water from bathroom shower floods the bathroom floor. For the money I was charging a night I felt that was not the quality for the money.
