Confusion with Espa reservations and with lunch service before we departed left me feeling that exceptional service is individualized, rather than organization wide. Nevertheless, all staff were polite and helpful. The facility is quite well done and well maintained. Although it’s a bit distant from the City Center, staff were prompt in calling for car service!"
