When the afternoon staff were called to ask the correct address, the young staffer argued with my wife that him helping her was not his job. The hotel misrepresents its location as family-friendly. It is in the adult entertainment area of busan City. Very cramped alleyways poor lighting obnoxious drunks and other issues. "This hotel was just acceptable. The rooms were filled with light and A/C control panels that emitted bright light all night and made sleeping difficult. The room came with a can of bug spray, so they clearly have an issue there. The staff was rude and unwelcoming. Their shuttle driver called us before our scheduled time and asked why were weren't there yet, which was also unpleasant. If you just need a hotel near the airport, then fine, but otherwise this place ia a solid meh."
