"Brilliant stay! Our room (family room) was lovely and spacious with lots of storage. The swimming pool was a great little pool with a toddler splash pool too, and great showers. Little sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were a nice extra, and the staff at the leisure club were very friendly. The breakfast buffet had lots of options - everything you need. Also loved how easy it was to access York on the buses."

"Staff very helpful had valet parking we pulled up outside hilton within ten minutes the car was parked and checked in and this was only 12.30 pm thanks we were able then to relax and enjoy our stay"

"We had a great time here, the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and clean and comfortable. The hide a bed of course was very springy but thatโs to be expected with a hide a bed haha. The only problems we had were the lack of drip coffee pot since we arenโt espresso drinkers, which the house keeper said she was in the process of getting them in the rooms. Our other problem was my fault for not requesting a lower floor when booking the room, we were up on the second floor and had lots of luggage so I had to haul it all up and down. So if you donโt do stairs well or will have lots of luggage, make sure you stay in the hotel or request a lower floor in the cloisters. The location is great since itโs off the Main Street itโs not too loud at night but itโs still nice and close to the bridge to go into the centre of town. I would definitely come stay here again if Iโm back in York."

"The only negative thing about this hotel is the parking. The rooms are nice, the restaurant has a decent menu, (no cash, though, only credit cards). But the parking situation is not great. Only 2 handicap parking spots. For a hotel this size, thatโs ridiculous."
