"I rated this as a hostel, NOT compared to a hotel. As a US traveler coming to Germany, I was looking for a private room for a week to experience another country on the cheap. The room was clean, the host was great with communication, the locks and codes worked as indicated, it was a 3 min walk from the nearby busses and 10min to a grocery store. It was exactly what I was looking for. About 30 minutes outside the city, which made for quieter nights than if I were in Munich proper."

The bathrooms and kitchen were really dirty. The only good thing was the staff that I talked on the phone with and the roomgirl that I met.
