Amazing hotel with great views
My wife and I stayed here for 13 nights while I was here on business. This hotel was amazing. The breakfast was one of the best ones I’ve ever had that was included with the stay. The spa was very relaxing. The staff was extremely accommodating. The shuttle that is provided was helpful and convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I have zero complaints about this hotel. If we come back to Garmisch, this is where we will try to stay from now on.

Excellent hotel and nice location
Excellent location - away from town center but within a few minutes drive and supermarket just a few steps away. Hotel is undergoing renovation with lots of activities going on that affect the overall experience. Could have been better when completed.

Lovely setting, though pricey over Christmas break
Beautiful setting in Garmisch. Easy day trips to multiple skiing sites, sledding, trekking, and a beautiful gorge. Hotel is recently renovated and besides a few, typical language hiccups (more my lack of German), service and overall experience was awesome. Not cheap, but easily a EUR 25/person value on breakfast and pool and spas were great, too.

Bavarian Gem
Great boutique resort with the best staff. Whilst checking in they made us both a coffee and the porter took our luggage to our room. We then were shown to our room. The restaurant staff were the same very friendly and helpful and spoke English. The bar staff exactly the same. We used their shuttle service and once again excellent service. The food in the restaurant was excellent and varied. The breakfast buffet was the best we have encountered. 10 out of 10

Excellent service staff and good location
The hotel is still undergoing renovation and seemed not focus on room details. Couple of lights not working, paint works peeling in the bath room and paint drops on the chair. Service on the other hands was excelkent: Adullah who help to direct us to the car park and brought the luggages to the room, the restaurant manager who served us the dinner and not forgetting the one who cleaned up the room. A big thank you !

The hotel was undergoing major renovations when I went, but the experience completely compensated for it. The rooms are spacious, soundproof, with amazing views, and the amenities were great. The complimentary breakfast was 10/10 with quality and options. The hotel lobby and rooms are also very clean and nicely decorated. There is a complimentary shuttle van that transports you to nearby so local sites, as long as you reserve it with the front desk. Although it was complimentary I tipped the drivers, which of course is up to guest discretion. The staff was very kind and attentive. Garmisch-Partenkirchen itself is a lovely and scenic town. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in town.

We had a great time skiing in Garmisch. The hotel had an amazing breakfast that was suitable for all tests. The pool was entertaining in the evening for our girls but we felt the pool was on the cool side. Would of be perfect if they had a hot tub. Service was amazing. The hotel staff booked a fabulous trip up to the highest peak in Germany. The hotel has the best location. Close to everything and great restaurants

A real treat after many days of traveling
Traveling with granddaughter around Germany. Loved having a break to swim and for me to enjoy the spa. We like to walk to getting around wasn't a problem getting to the downtown area. They have a free driver service that we used to get to train, Gorge and cogwheel for the top of mountain experience. The service when we first arrived as outstanding and was morning breakfast.

There was some insect in the room . I would love to use the spa and sauna facility if the hotel could separate the facility for women from men.

Honestly, this place surpassed all expectations. Clean, modern rooms with new everything. Friendly staff who spoke English perfectly and were there to help. A great breakfast in the morning, and a very cool pub in the evening. I'm staying here from now on.

Simply Amazing !!!
Simply amazing!!! We were given beverages while checking in, and the awesome service never ended! Free shuttles to and from area attractions ( shuttle driver so very nice) Rest of staff went above and beyond. Special tip of the cap to Nasser for his wonderful hospitality! A great two days in the middle of our touring through Bavaria!!! Highly recommend this hotel !!!!!

Wonderful hotel! Great staff and beautiful room! From the welcome drink when we first arrived to the easy check out we have no complaints.We really enjoyed the balcony with a view to the mountains. The breakfast in the morning is outstanding and the restaurant for dinner had amazing food. Very happy we chose this hotel.

Fabulous hotel and staff
We were able to check in early and greeted with a welcome drink and information about the area. Our room was fabulous and very nicely renovated. The hotel staff were all great during our stay and went out of their way for any requests. Breakfast was amazing, the pool was very nice and the hotel has a free shuttle for the local area and umbrellas at the front entrance for guests to use. The hotel is a short walk from Garmisch centre. We can honestly say its one of the best hotels we have stayed in within Garmisch. Would highly recommend and we plan on returning.

Great hotel with new renovations, very modern rooms but also old German Bavarian feel, best of both worlds. Incredibly friendly, polite and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was amazing as well. The hotel also offers shuttle rides to the ski resort, very convenient! Will absolutely stay again.
