"The safe in the rooms is not really safe. The cleaning staff have the key to the safe. Therefore, not safe to leave jewelry in the room.The room did not have consistent hot water.Breakfast is "included" but not really. A coffee refill? extra charge. Eggs? extra chart. Add avocado or get juice? extra charge. its not really a free breakfast. Felice was very lovely. Front desk also very helpful. Cleaning staff were kind and prompt. I'd rate this a 2 star hotel and likely will not return to this...

The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which really made a difference in the overall experience. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and the hotel feels safe and well maintained. I also appreciated how convenient the location is, with easy access to main areas of the city. Overall, Residence Inn Santiago offers excellent service, comfort, and value, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."
