The service was horrible. Staff is not attentive. Waitress during meals need to flagged for a drink. No pool side service. No lobby service. Pool was dirty with black dirt in tiles all around.

Exelecte la pasamo lo unico malo que en la recesion hay un sr goldito que tiene que ser mas amable con los cliente por que no es justo que un cliente como uno el le de ese tracto sabiendo el que desde la gerencia son todo exelecte nidia todo ese personaje desde los restaurante son todo exelecte pero si esta super bueno el hotel gracias por todo pronto volvere
