"The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. They also have ROKU tv which my daughters thought was great. The A/C has an energy saver that would not allow us to cool the room below a certain temp and we were hot at night. We spoke to the office and thought the energy saver was removed, but it wasn't. The bathroom smelled moldy - the shower curtain is too short and water spills out onto the floor and seeps into the tiles causing the smell."

"Amazing place!! So accommodating! The rooms are super clean and very quiet. You cannot hear other guests. Breakfast is free and good. They even did a complementary wine tasting at night. My only complaint is the trundle bed was super squeaky so whenever I moved it woke people up. But other than that the place is wonderful and I would stay again."

"We stayed 3 nights in the East India Room and had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this inn to anyone visiting the area. The decor is amazing and the house itself is perfectly spooky! The property is clean and well maintained, the owner is professional and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the convenient self-check-in with a door code, which made arrival simple and hassle-free. Our only minor disappointment was the prepackaged cereal breakfast. We had expected something more like a traditional Days Inn style breakfast with eggs, sausage, ect…We noticed everyone groaned over the missing advertised breakfast….That said, it wasn’t a significant issue since there are plenty of excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. Location is amazing, There is an assigned parking spot. The property was quiet and all in all we had a wonderful stay!"

"Everything was lovely. Great owners. Be aware that Salem does not allow for inns to cook full breakfasts for guests. If you are allergic to or sensitive to cats, be aware that the owners have several cats."
