The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained—kudos to Mr. Sharul for outstanding housekeeping! Every detail was perfect. The hotel’s prime location was a huge plus—just a short distance from City Square and Komtar JBCC Mall, making shopping and dining super convenient. "An excellent theme park as well as very kid-friendly and fun hotel. It would have been nice, however, to have seen some real-life Lego characters around the hotel and the hotel breakfast area was very crowded with limited food options."
