"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in an excellent location. It’s within easy reach of many of Berlin’s major landmarks and offers extremely convenient access to public transit, which makes exploring the city very easy.
One of the biggest advantages is that the train station to the airport is located right across the street from the hotel. Being able to pay only €3.50 instead of about €60 for a cab ride was fantastic. The train system is safe, clean, and runs regularly 24/7.

"This hotel has to be one of the best examples of price/performance that I have stayed in in Germany. The staff was awesome, the breakfast buffet was the best I have had in a while, the price point of the rooms was great. Also the location to the Wittenberg Platz UBahn, directly next to KaDeWe and the Kufürstendam, and 10-15 minutes to the Aquarium and Zoo makes the Mercure unbeatable in my eyes. "We had a great stay in a very clean and well run Hotel. The room was on the ground floor and as the blinds had to down for privacy the room was quite dark. The breakfast was really good value and the bar nice. Perfect location for sightseeing in Berlin either by walking or U-bahn. One highlight was the proximity to BRLO Brewery which had many fantastic beers and served fantastic food in a great atmosphere. "

"This is a superb hotel situated in the beautiful Gendarmenmarkt. We used the S Bahn to get out to the Olympic Stadium and Airport but other than that we walked everywhere.
The hotel is beautifully presented (we loved the Prussian Blue theme!) and our fifth floor room had a lovely balcony and one of the best hotel showers we've ever come across!
The staff were extrmemely helpful and polite.

"This was my second visit to the Post House and has everything I need for my regular visits to Berlin. Quiet location, clean rooms, comfortable beds and helpful staff.
The buffet breakfast was excellent and was a highlight.
The Hotel’s location is very convenient with the Anhalter U-Bahn and various bus stops only a short 5 min. walk away.
I shall return for my next trip to Berlin. "
