"Todo bien con el hotel y la habitación, excepto que no aparece en la descripción que el estacionamiento está a 3 cuadras del hotel !!! Es algo que deberían transparentar..."

Asked for a change of room and then unprofessional recepción clerk said it’s not possible. As last recourse I asked for my money back eland they denied to do it. It’s a chain of hotels that should not behave this way. It’s evident that the quality of people working I. The hotel is not prepared and not competent as needed. I’m looking for another voter and ask Expedia to reimburse my money. Thanks for your reply."

A fantastic location set amoungst a huge range of eclectic cafes, bars and restaurants. Close to the funicular and cable car entrance. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Loveliest hotel I've stayed in for a long time. So different to the standard formula hotels. A once in a lifetime experience . 👍🙂"

"Three guests arrived between 8:00 and 9:00 am from overnight flights. The hotel front desk refused to prioritize cleaning rooms for us. There were people checking-out right in front of us, yet they made three older adults, all over 60, and one over 75, wait FIVE hours in the lobby for our rooms. They tried to tell us to pay an extra night if we wanted to sleep. They were cruel and unprofessional. It was an utterly disgusting experience."
