Parking was extremely difficult. I realize most people probably don’t have a car, but we did. The staff had to ride with us to put our car in the garage. Check-in was extremely slow. Then as we headed out sight seeing the staff asked us to leave our key to the room with them at the front desk. Weird!

Fabulous boutique hotel. The staff and owner treated guests with respect and did everything to ensure satisfaction. It was an absolute delight to stay there for our 3 nights in Geneva.

We loved our stay here. Cool older style property with great rooms and one of the nicest hotel staffs around. The two girls working the evening shift were always very helpful and friendly. 10 stars for the staff!

Loved everything except the bed and pillows which were horrible. Staff was super nice and helpful with suggestions about Geneva. Upgrade the pillows and it would've been great!

The room was very large, clean, and comfortable. The staff was wonderful; every single one of them. The location is excellent; close to lake Geneva, Mt Blank Bridge, and Old City.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. The rooms are immaculate, the beds are super comfy, and the staff was very nice and helpful. Location was perfect to walk around old town.

Excellent, what a gem of a stay!
This is a wonderful hotel and the staff are excellent! Front desk team was exceptional and very helpful as I navigated Geneva on my first visit. I stayed a total of two nights with an overnight in Chamonix between my stays and I was warmly welcomed back. The breakfast is delicious and the kitchen team were very considerate and made delicious cook to order eggs. Great stay and very comfortable sleep

I love this hotel! Excellent Top Notch
Fantastic!!! I stayed here one night and asked if I could leave my bags overnight asni wanted to then spend one night in Chamonix. The staff was wonderful not only did they hold my bags overnight but when I arrived to check in for another night before my flight - they had already put my bags in my room so as soon as I arrived they had my key ready and I went right upstairs. Excellent customer service and the room is very comfortable and the breakfast buffet is delicious and wide ranging. You can also ask for your eggs to be cooked or for an omelet etc. Lovely chocolate in the room and free water - next time I return to Geneva this is definitely where I will be staying.
