"The shower was great the room nice and clean. The front desk was very nice checking in and out. They were nice and gave us a late check out. Only improvement i would suggest is that the bed is a little to firm (not uncomfortable, but not comfortable either)"

"Stayed at premium room with balcony facing the road. Very noisy at mid night when there was a motorbike passes by, been woke up several times at night. "

"Check in time STRIGHTLY starts at 3pm, although arrive earlier also need to wait till the time. Property is clean, neat & tidy. i booked 3 bedrooms condo due to we have 8 persons in this trip, all feels happy with the stay."

"Ac didn’t cool / mold on the wall and floor of the shower/ sink did not drain/ construction work around the area very hard getting to the place with all the trucks and road was very bad / the building was old and needed a face lift and the swimming pool was not being cleaned properly."

"Wrong / Misleading room description - I booked for 5 people in room described for 6. Futon missing and that too for bedsheet pillow cover had to follow for 3 hours . WiFi not working, they kept on suggesting to use “forget” feature" whereas we never managed to connect earlier Uncoordinated and unclear communication / instructions I had booked for two nights but checked out within few hours hence to better alternate Even checkout instruction key return box nonexistent - no chance of refund by this hotel for unused night "

"The chwck in process was tedious. We had to check-in in in a different property and had to cross the main road to go the other property where our rooms were allocated. There were no bath towels in the room neither did they offered complimentary coffee, tea and sugar sachets or drinking water. they left a container of laundry powder instead. I didn't like the location. Grab taxis dropped our booking a couple of times because it was difficult to find our pick-up point. The room smelled like mould. There were bed bugs too. The walls and kitchen cupboard had dirt marks. I couldn't take a shower as soon as I arrived because there was no hot water readily available for use. I had to switch on the geyser water warmer button and had to wait for at least 30 min before i could take a shower. The toilet paper rolls looked like someone played with it, the toilet paper sheets were not full. "
