"Large room complete modern kitchen "

"The hotel was lovely and extremely comfortable. Breakfast offered was very nice. Location, great! Only criticism is the spa charged me 40€ to use the steam and pool despite the fact I spent close to 400€ on spa services. I was so confused by the extra charge, it seems petty but come on! Really should be included, especially given it was the same day as the service."

"This is my second time staying here, in the larger apartment. I am just as happy this time as I was the first time. Francesca is so nice, and so easy to work with, and the apartment couldn't be in a better place in Orvieto. Such a great value for the cost! I personally like the lofted bedroom area, and appreciate that there is a refrigerator and stove (for small cooking needs). "Nice, comfortable room in a great setting. We could see the Duomo from our window, which was breathtaking. The rooms are nice and clean and well located. It was easy to access a number of restaurants and the people there helped us make reservations. There’s also a nice breakfast. There was parking very close to the hotel and they helped us figure that out."
