"The hotel was lovely and extremely comfortable. Breakfast offered was very nice. Location, great! Only criticism is the spa charged me 40€ to use the steam and pool despite the fact I spent close to 400€ on spa services. I was so confused by the extra charge, it seems petty but come on! Really should be included, especially given it was the same day as the service."

"This is my second time staying here, in the larger apartment. I am just as happy this time as I was the first time. Francesca is so nice, and so easy to work with, and the apartment couldn't be in a better place in Orvieto. Such a great value for the cost! I personally like the lofted bedroom area, and appreciate that there is a refrigerator and stove (for small cooking needs). "The hotel was a very nice experience overall. The property is quaint and unique. Great views. I opted for the breakfast and dinner option which was highly recommended. Dinner was a 4 course tasty meal with a very good deal. Breakfast could use more varieties. "
