"Friendly staff. Room was clean. The motel was a bit difficult to find, and a bit hard to get to it depending on the direction you're coming from. Breakfast was good. The exterior was clean. Despite appearing to be in a bad part of town, it's tucked away and did not feel unsafe at the property. It was not worth the price I paid, so because of the price, I have dropped the rating by a star but still a solid stay in Fredericksburg."

"Disgusting . Left over soap from previous guest in shower. Floors in room made my feet turn black. Just gross "

"We don’t have a shower curtain on our shower. The water sputtered as I came out of the sink as if there was something wrong with the water lines. "

"Breakfast did not look appealing so I did not eat. Parking was fine. Beds are not great and my AC didnt cool my room very well."

"The staff were very kind and helpful as well as the housekeeping. Breakfast was very good with many choices and the rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. A few feet away from the hotel entrance was a chic fil a for a quick lunch. Hotel also provides 2desktop computers for your use. They also have a seasonal pool. What else can you ask for?"
