"The building exterior looked grim, so i was initially nervous, however, upon entering, i found the hotel to be quirky with the nautical theme, clean and engaging. I recieved excellent service, and it is fantastic to get a hotel with free parking in liverpool city centre. The room was pristinly clean and comfortable. I don't often watch TV in hotels, however this was a fully smart TV with access to all of the main streaming apps, which meant i could pop on a movie easily. Tne only downside was that its behind the train staition and you can hear all the service announcements from rooms that face the station, which mine did. Breakfast was also good, with a full selection. "

"Very nice room, clean tidy, like having your own apartment. However, prices at the bar are way too expensive, more than being in London. £9 for a gin and tonic. That was a let down "
