"Where do I begin? We have never stayed in a more fabulous hotel in our lives- and we are old and travel a lot. Immaculate, gorgeous, fabulous breakfast. But a special shoutout to the staff! Always smiling, welcoming, helpful. A special acknowledgement to the lovely Linda who gave us excellent dinner recommendations and Alessandro who went above and beyond in all aspects. "This is a must stay if you’re going to Venice and seeking a luxury hotel. The rooms are beautiful, as well as the hotel overall. There is a courtyard that felt so indulgent after a day of exploring. The location allowed us to pop in and out and explore at our own pace.
While all of that was excellent, the main reason you should stay here is because of the service. Everyone was attentive and truly made our stay a 5-star one. From Ivan, Maria, Filipo and Buba as well as the rest of the staff...

"Stayed as a couple and the location was perfect . On the doorstep of a small piazza with a greay vibe, restaurants, a bar, gelato and shopping. 4 min walk from the water bus. The property is like the top floor of an apartment. Need to walk up the stairs to get there as i assume most properties in venice are like that if they are listed buildings. "My wife and I enjoyed two nights at 312 Piazza San Marco. Our hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic and very close to all main attractions. Asela was very hospitable and welcoming. He arranged quick transportation on several occasions and a tour of a Murano glass factory. We would highly recommend this hotel!"
