"We arrived late due to our flight cancelation. We had no luggage. They didn’t even have a toothbrush we could buy. Sent us to a drug store down the street, that didn’t exist. Found out from another traveler that the hotel next door had free toothbrush’s and paste. Needed early shuttle to get back to airport. We ended up calling Uber after front desk said they were busy and he couldn’t est. when the shuttle would be back. Then, then shuttle arrived same time as our Uber. The shuttle driver was irate at what front desk told us, and went on a tirade. Yikes. Not a great experience. The restaurant food was good. "

"Room was good but having to bring up luggage up stairs was a pain. I booked the hotel 3.5 months in advance and thought that would have gotten me a first floor room. Also there were blaring lights on the second floor that made it hard to sleep. Only go if you have no other options. "
