"We liked that the room is large, clean and that there is a lot of natural light. We disliked that there is a stair leading to a second floor/room that were weren't aware about. We were concerned of the guests upstairs accessing our apartment. Owner was responsive and gave us clarity, however these conditions weren't disclosed when we rented the space. "I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The linen, bathroom and room were clean and the room very spacious. The reception staff were friendly, helpful and informative. The carpets in my room and hallway and the bathroom need an upgrade. It was also unfortunate that I had noisy neighbours to the side and above me, so I think there isn’t much soundproofing. "
