"Aging property that has been remodeled a little bit. Nice location. Nice balcony in the room. Large room. Would like better toiletries and a nicer bathroom. Would like nicer bedding. Pool and hot tub area could use remodeling. Continental breakfast was ok, hot pancakes were good, everything else is cold items. Breakfast attendant was great. Check in staff not very friendly. Would not stay again. Would prefer more modern hotel with nicer amenities."

"Spacious room with amazing ocean front views. Very friendly staff. Breakfast has everything you need and frrsh ground tasty coffee. Would definitely return to this Holiday Inn. We loved having beach access and watching the Jeeps drive by."

"I was granted a room upgrade at a fee two weeks before my trip. When I checked I, the room was not available. When I got to my room, the safe was not functioning, the water in the bathroom sink was a trickle and the shower light was motion-sensored by the detector was in the hallway, so, after a minute, you were showering in the dark. The rooms cabinetry was ill-fitted and the closet was not deep enough. One of the pool ladders had a very dangerous broken step and an empty cup sat on the pool lip for two days. The server probably walked past it fifty times. Oh, and I had to request housekeeping on my second day. Seemingly, no one here has a good eye."

"The room was spotless, but the decor felt a bit outdated for a Hilton on the beach. Despite this minor issue, my overall stay was fantastic! I had a negative experience at a previous hotel, so I was eager to enjoy the ocean view for my birthday (April 20th). The view from the 16th-floor oceanfront room was breathtaking! I requested a late check-out, and the young lady at the front desk kindly accommodated me. The rest of the staff was equally impressive. To my delight, all the staff I encountered on my birthday wished me a happy birthday, which surprised me because I had only mentioned it when checking in. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying there again."
