It was the perfect location, so close and walkable to so many sights, shops, restaurants and super easy to catch a tram from there to head to other parts of the city. The unit is on the 3 Rd floor. No elevator. There is noise at night in the bathroom from the 2 clubs on the ground floor. Not unbearable. There could be an additional lock to enter the 3rd floor for added safety. Drunk people in the hallway at 4am ringing doorbells. "

"Fantastic attentive service. They recognised my wives 40th birthday with a complementary bottle of prosecco which was a welcome touch. The hotel bar is excellent and we had many a great cocktail from the bar staff. My only complaint. Less chlorine in the pool! Otherwise an exceptional hotel."
