While the location and views were great, the apartment had unresolved maintenance issues, including missing batteries for fan remotes, poorly done repairs, and carpet stains. There were no clear instructions for appliances, and communication was frustrating as responses often went to an Australian number despite providing a New Zealand contact. Staff were polite but inexperienced, and issues were dismissed or delayed without resolution. For the premium rates charged, this stay fell far below expectations.
