Positive: Overall it's definitely a good hotel. People are friendly, nice receptionists, parking is easy, everything is clean, beds are comfortable, the elevator is fast and well programmed, kitchen is well furnished. Nice ocean view (room 2102), also nice view over to Surfer's Paradise. Negatives: The (lap) pool is very narrow, it's hard to understand why a building project that big wasn't able to invest into some more ground space, so the pool had a decent amount of space and it wasn't in the shade for most of the day. There was quite a lot of construction noise, obviously the Encore can't do much about that . But I was also surprised by how much you can still hear the traffic on the 21st floor. Personal impression: Something about the mood didn't sit right with me. Could be just me, not being used to staying in highrises and not liking the Gold Coast much at all. But when looking out throught the tinted glass windows, the days seemed quite surreal to me. It was slightly better when standing on the balcony.

Fantastic brand new apartment overlooking Broadbeach 2 bedroom lovely decor and the whole experience of this was 5 star would def recommend staff every thing about our 5 night stay in Broadbeach was great

Some noise from the construction and motor bikes on the road. No mixer provided unlike the description on the website. Parking was extremely inconvenient due to the cabinet in the parking lot.

Great views from our 3 bedroom unit. 5-10 minute walk into Broadbeach restaurants / shops and only 2 blocks to the beach. Unit wasn't huge, but was still nice.

Loved it!
The apartment is beautiful. Great views from every room. It was immaculately clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Only a short walk to the beach and restaurants/shops. We will definitely revisit Encore apartments.
