"Really nice hotel. The only downside is the breakfast; very expensive, for what you get!!! Beautifully served, but not much options and no extra item if it was not enough. No buffet, just a set-breakfast. Other than the breakfast, everything was perfect."

"The staff was friendly and the breakfast beautifully presented and delicious. The bed linens were old and there was a moldy smell in the main rooms. The toilet seat functions were intermittent and the heater was loud so that we had to turn it off. The property could use some updating."

"First time staying with Rakuten. The check in process was a bit weird at first but overall very easy. You check in on a tablet in the room and then you connect to an operator who finalizes your check in. You get a PIN code to enter the room was… pretty easy. The unit was spotless. Very clean. Had everything you need in the kitchen. The onsen was nice. Only thing missing was a view. "

"Awesome hotel with great big rooms. Only downside is that there is literally nothing nearby. There is 1-2 restaurants within a 10 minute walk, buses only come and go till 6pm. The location is the only thing setting this hotel back from 5 stars, but we found that is was a great stay for our price point."
