We stayed in a double room with mountain view for one night. We hoped to get a good view on Mt. Fuji while soaking in the private Jaccuzi but unfortunately, due to bad weather, there was no view whatsoever. However, the private Jacuzzi was still a very great experience, regardless of the weather. The room was also extremely spacious and clean. The beds were really comfortable and the room was equipped with a huge tv, a microwave, a mini fridge and a water dispenser. You can also change the color of the lighting in the room. The staff was also very friendly. The hotel is a little remote from the center, so we had to walk a few minutes to the next shops and restaurants but in turn, we really got to enjoy the peace and quiet of this hotel. We will definitely stay in this hotel again, next time we visit Japan.

Definitely not a 2 star hotel, i would say easily a 3.5 to 4 stars, the view at the entrance is amazing! Room is big and washroom is HUGE. Overall a very good stay for my family of 3

I loved that there is a little drop off door for food. Shower room is amazing. Entertainment provisions look pretty cool. Definitely coming back. :)

Unlike the majority hotels in Japan, the rooms are spacious. Restaurants with 5min driving distance are opened till mid night. Highly recommend if u you are going to Gotemba premium outlet and shan’t to stay somewhere near.

I feel that this is a has been hotel, very nice large rooms which is unusual for Japan. It was clean and reasonably comfortable, but what let this hotel down was that it advertised an Italian restaurant, even to the point of a illuminated sign outside saying "LEONE OPEN"! However the restaurant had long since closed and was now used for the buffet breakfast only. Not only was there no restaurant, there was no bar or ice machine either! The only saving grace was the fact that there was room service food available.

Stayed in a smoking room by accident which was not ideal but I'm sure same room non-smoking would have been lovely. Our room had mood lighting settings, karaoke, Jacuzzi tub, and other amenities like that.

Big clean room for couples but fine for kids!
Huge hotel room for the deluxe double we were in. Huge jacuzzi and even a sauna room inside the bathroom! It’s a lover hotel with huge TV and unlimited movies (incl those that... excite a couple), but I think kids can totally stay there too. Small selection of breakfast spread but that’s ok. We stayed there for the proximity of Mt Fuji, and it was a fun drive up the mountain roads. Location is in the middle of nowhere but just off the highway so it’s best for those who drive.

A rare gem in Gotemba City
Symba Resort Hotel is an excellent place for an overnight stay if you plan to spend the day in Gotemba Premium Outlets. The hotel provides an amazing collection of current movies in the in-room entertainment system and a wide range of toiletries. The breakfast set is also well presented and delicious.

Delighted with EVERYTHING. The manager was kind enough to give us a lift to the station. We had a superb dinner in the hotel restaurant . Large comfortable room.

This is a nice hotel ( also you can rent rooms hourly i think) near 2 parks in Gotenba. Large but a lilttle dated rooms nice queen size bed and bathroom ( size of iur tokyo hotel room) with soaking jet tub is nice also. If you stay with children be aware tv has few free AV channels ( just turn off tv cable from the back no problems) and you have a nice hotel. Its a bit far from the main station about $10 usd in cab fare ( 3-4 min) or 15 min walk

私は広い部屋が好きなので、こちらのホテルは部屋が広くて快適でした。 周辺は何も無いので、食べ物持参が必要です。 朝食(有料)のマフィンは美味しかったです。 御殿場に宿泊する時は、また利用されて頂きます。

予約していたお部屋ではなく　デラックスタイプのお部屋をお使いくださいと　言われとても親切だと思いました。 部屋の中に電子レンジやウォーターサーバーなどがありゆっくり　くつろぐ事ができました。 ただ　サウナがある部屋でしたので早速入りましたが、思ったより緩くて　そこは残念です それ以外は大満足でした 又利用したいと思います。

どちらかというとカップル向きのホテルかな。
チェックイン時に対応してくれた方が慣れていないのか説明が分かりづらかったです。 部屋はスタンダードツインでしたが、浴室ともとても広々していて、電子レンジまで備えてあり便利でした。 浴槽はバブルバス・照明（赤とか緑とか変化）とか楽しかったです。 朝食も当初は素泊まりの予定でしたが、チェックイン時に追加オーダー（1100円/人）。 エッグマフィンとサラダ、他にシリアル・オートミール、ドリンクはコーヒー、ミルク、オレンジジュース、カルピスなどおいしくいただき満足できました。 あとフロントで「おつまみセット」（1000円）で販売していましたが、ポテトチップス、ベビースター、あられ、焼鳥缶それになぜかカップラーメンとレンジで温めるご飯という組み合わせ。 自販機はアルコール類はありません。 アルコールはフロントで購入なのかも。
