"The hotel was beautiful, but the staff were not nice. The elevator was broken, there was no iron in the room and when I called to the desk for one I was told to come and get it if I want to use it because no one will bring it to me. Very rude and standoffish demeanor. Then I was told there was free water in the room and when I tried to take it with me I was told I could not because they re-use the bottles (DISGUSTING). It was very close to shops and souvenirs and all the other popular attractions in Barcelona but I would never stay there again."
