"The location is good; situated in the Upper Village, an easy walk to the Blackcomb Lifts and a 5-minute walk to the Whistler lifts. The property has the basics in terms of amenities. The room I stayed in was similar to what you would find in a decent motel or low/mid-level hotel (mini fridge, coffee maker, TV, small table and chairs). It seemed to be a high step to get into the tub/shower, which might be an issue for some. This property would be good for people interested in basic, clean accommodation in a good location. "

"Thin walls, very loud as soon as other guesses open doors or use the hallway. I finally drove to gas station to get earplugs around midnight, then slept good"

"We loved our stay at Lost Lake Lodge. The unit was very clean, warm, inviting, and equipped with everything a family may need during stay. It was easy to communicate with the hotel staff. Not to mention, the location was easily accessible by shuttle bus to get around Whistler. It made our daily commute so easy and manageable walking distance to upper village and Fairmont where we needed to be 2-3 times per day. My girls had a blast during our stay and we felt so at home. Best of all, beds are comfortable too. Kitchen appliances are updated and easy to navigate. And the best part is, the outdoor pool and hot tub were clean and it was nice to have it for ourselves ideal for relaxation. We will definitely use Lost Lake Lodge next time we are back in Whistler. Thank you!"

"Everything was fine, only that you need to throw all your garbage before checking out, load all dishes you had used, there is no restaurant inside the hotel so if your first day you need to buy or eat first before you go there. The room was spacious, there are also complete for kitchen wares to utensils and stuff. No available housekeeping you need to request right before you check in. Front desk is not 24hrs. The place was cozy. "
