They had a lot of small nice touches, free sangria at the poolside midday, dry rack pullet cords on the balcony for drying your towels and bathies, excellent value for money for anything that wasn't included in all inclusive/half board deal, would definitely come back here for long weekend again. Staff were also really friendly and provided good service.

Another fantastic stay at Neptuno. It’s my hotel of choice when staying at Playa. The pool area is fantastic with a bar, sauna and steam room. The staff are friendly and will go out of their way to help you. I always was greeted with a smile, the food is delicious. I like the grill and the grill by the pool in the bar area. The room has all the facilities you will need. My only concerns were the water in the pool being murky and people dragging a chair across the floor at all times in the room above me. Other than that I had a lovely time and will be coming back. The hotel also backs onto the Yumbo.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. From the frontdesk to the restaurant and pool, very lovely warm people. The rooms are outdated and there aren’t any amenities in the bathrooms, you only get towels. When staying here make sure you book a room with pool view or you will be looking at other building sides.
