Riva Eco Guest House did not disappoint us: we were welcomed by Brahian on our late arrival to be shown into a spacious, light room on C level, with very comfortable mattress. "Ridiculous reservation system for the hotel restaurants. It simply does not work. Always says everything is fully booked and tables are empty. People make reservations and they don't use them. Doesn't say a lot about the kind of people that stay here."

"We stayed for 5 nights at the end of September and the hotel is more like a U.K. 3* than a 5* Good value for money for how cheap it is for an all inclusive. Just needs updating and I would request a pool view room as the front rooms were noisy late at night. Very clean hotel to be fair but just in need of a refurbishment. "
