Lovely sea views
Great location, spacious apartment, lovely terrace by the sea, kitchen was adequately equipped but a sponge and washing up liquid would help. The bed was a bit hard. Internet was not working on the first day but they fixed the router the following day.

Low price for a low quality experience
The owner is not the best communicator. We had several misunderstandings He said he doesn’t like students either so I wouldn’t recommend this place is you are a young traveller. I think he prefers his old guests than new people. Very disappointing experience unfortunately. I will be making a video on my experience for those interested

Hi. I can imagine the lady would write such comments about us. First, she reserved for a Sea Front Studio for 1 or 2 persons. She came but being 3 persons. They asked for a 2 bedrooms Apartment which we gave them. Later they were 5 pesons in the apartment. 2 boys staying in Mauritius came to join them. They broke a storage in the fridge which we charged them. They were not happy to pay the difference for the 2 bedrooms Apartment and were not happy to pay for the broken storage in the fridge. We have signalled Expedia Mauritius about the situation before the clients left. We do also clients, not one but at least three couples staying at the residence that can tell about the number of persons in this apartment.

Die Unterkunft ist nahezu perfekt. Nur das Badezimmer in unserem Zimmer müsste mal aufgehübscht werden. Vor allem die Dusche bräuchte eine Duschbrausenvorrichtung. Duschen nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit leider nur noch kalt. Sonst war das Zimmer wirklich toll!

Such a lovely place with outstanding view. Everything you might need was close and very easy to go where ever you wanted to go or see. You can see the beautiful ocean right from the bed and what a view to have a breakfast from your balcony and watch the sea and palmtrees. The owners were extremely kind and lovely people! If you need to rent a car or take a trip where ever in the island you want they helped you every possible way to make your trip best as possible. We can definetly recommend this place to everyone! Nous avons passé une semaine agréable : endroit calme avec vue sur mer, proche de l'arrêt de bus. Studio d'une propreté remarquable, le personnel accueillant, le propriétaire à l'écoute de notre demande, apporte des réponses adaptées. Je recommande volontier ce logement.

Super séjour dans le Nord
Très bon séjour à la résidence Peramal. Très bien située, avec une vue extraordinaire sur la baie et un calme très appréciable. Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants et de très bons conseils. Je recommande à 100%

Belle résidence au bord de l’eau , chambre spacieuse avec un panorama à couper le souffle. Les propriétaires, père et fils sont très agréables et très serviables ainsi que le personnel . Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour . Nous y reviendrons .

Vue superbe sur la baie.
Vue superbe sur la baie du balcon et du lit. Cuisine équipée.Fer à repasser à disposition. Wifi, clim,télé,brasseur d'air. Eau chaude mais débit faible pour la douche. Restos,bus,pharmacie,etc à proximité.Femmes de chambres bien attentionnées. A garder sur vous le numéro de contact.
