"Traveled here for a friend’s birthday. To this day, this is still the prettiest, nicest and fanciest hotel experience we ever had. Location is great of course in Coal Harbor. Our room had panoramic views of the city and a deep soaking tub. The “turn down” service they offered was also such a nice little treat that put smiles on our faces. We ordered room service for breakfast and food was wonderful and they kindly set it all up for us on nice portable tables even. Highly recommend this hotel for special occasions."

"This hotel was a really pleasant surprise. I was a little skeptical when we pulled up to the hotel as it doesn't look like much from the outside, the lobby and hallways were a bit dated and unassuming, but clean. The staff however were lovely and the room looks recently renovated with everything you could want (except a dryer, although it had a washing machine). The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was comfortable, bathroom shower was suburb. The best was the amazing view of the city sky line and ocean from the balcony. The neighbourhood looks like its going through a gentrefication of what was maybe a rougher area in the past, there is clearly a strong LBGTQ2+ influence in the area with lots of pride flags in the neighbourhood buisnesses contributing to the vibrancy of the area. Every type of business you could imagine was steps away - coffee, fruit / veggie market, bakary, resturants, street food... It was too cold for us to enjoy the outdoor pool, but we walked around and both the pool and fitness area looked really clean and apealling. I wish there had been a hot tub, I would have loved to use that even if the weather was a bit cooler. Overall a great stay for a reasonable budget, downtown, about a m15 - 25 min walk to pretty much everything - BC Place, English Bay, Granville, Canada Place. Will stay again."

"This hotel is newly renovated and they did a nice job. The staffa re also very nice and helpful with suggestions for local sushi! However, it is not started anywhere that I recall, that the toilets are located inside the showers. This makes for very wet feet if you have not been warned ahead of time to bring shoes to wear when using the toilet! It's an add arrangement that I have never seen! The walls are also super thin so you can hear absolutely everything that the neighbours are doing, watching on TV, or saying to each other. When someone comes in late, you can hear it and it wakes you up. Sadly, I did not sleep very well as a result. Not their fault. It's reasonably priced and a good location!"

El servicio de limpieza muy bien , aunque la habitación que me asignaron, estaba con el termostato apagado y averiado, la loseta y zoclo , esta despegado y daban mal aspecto, como descuidado y viejo. no tuve la oportunidad de comer en el restaurante , así que no puedo dar mi opinión al respecto. En general todo bien. Gracias . Si volvería a reservar ese mismo hotel."
