"A very good location, in the middle of everything you might want to see in Hamburg. Hotel is well designed, well decorated, feels vibrant and cool. The availability of children playroom, a very nice restaurant, a rooftop bar and a huge shopping mall nearby makes it very convenient to stay here and just enjoy the trip. We loved it and for sure it will be our first choice next time we visit Hamburg!"

The sauna on the roof was amazing, and can highly recommend the breakfast which is one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel."

"Fantastic location, staff so very accommodating and let me have late check out at no extra cost as my colleague had cancelled flights from US and arrived so very late. Rooms quiet and very comfy. "The front desk person wasn’t super friendly and we were supposed to get a bottle of wine with our stay which we didn’t, but other than that it’s a great place to stay . The room was comfortable, good breakfast, and the washer/ dryer were sending us messages when the cycle was done :) good experience overall"
