Overlooking the shard with very efficient and smooth communications from the apartment team, I’ll be back again. M&S is just over the road for all the usual requirements with loads of restaurants local with borough market being a very small walk away. "

"The room was in the basement even though it had not been disclosed in the listing. The room did not have a mini-refrigerator even though the listing said it would have a refrigerator. Another lady might have said something similar about her unit. "

Even though I made the reservation through Expedia 30 days a head, it was very annoying to ask me one day before arrival for a deposit that needs to be paid in order to send arrival information, which was not required !"

"We didn't actually end up staying in this location because it wasn't ready for us when we got there. They moved us to their upstairs location, which I actually preferred so much better! It has a small kitchen, two bathrooms and enough beds for our family of 5! It's in a pretty good location near Tower Bridge! "
