"Lovely hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful - told us what times the spa and restaurant will be more busy and the best time to go. Steam room wasn't working unfortunately. Restaurant food was nice and buffet food was standard. Was good that vegan alternative milk was available too. "

" 1 night stay, to visit the harry potter studio, Really nice stay, Stayed in the main house, Bed , very comfy 10 out of 10 which is v important to us!! Great shower with good power, again important thing in my book Breakfast also very good, im being picky here but warming of the breakfast plates needs to happen as nothing worse than a cold brekky plate..but im picking as it was all tasty, and nice friendly staff, Yes the pool is just a pool with no sauna or steam room which is a shame but its not a spa hotel so im fine with that, So a good stay and will happly stay again when we come back to harry potter studio as its amazing if its your thing!! Lovely gardens aswell at the hotel aswell!! "

"Lovely hotel, great staff and very friendly. We had a club room and it was very nice. Bed comfortable. Swimming pool and leisure centre was good. Food was good and reasonable Overall a very nice experience."
