"Room nice, fluffy towels, good quality breakfast and great choice. We went to the health club only to find out that they don’t supply towels, I am disabled, I walked back to reception they didn’t have any towels there and we didn’t know that we had to take our own towels from our room! I didn’t have the energy to walk all the way back too our room for the towels so we didn’t go to the health club in the end and we were so disappointed."

"We went to legoland for the day and stayed here for the night as it’s only a 10 minute drive. Staff were so helpful and welcoming which made the stay that much better.
